As primary channels of distribution, Max New York Life has employed many individual agents. MAX New York Life places a lot of emphasis on its selection process, which comprises four stages: screening, psychometric test, career seminar and final interview. The agent advisors are given proper training to ensure that they meet up the company standard in terms of giving service and advice to the customers.
